What is killer even going to do to Kaido?

I think Killer will most likely fight who's who. He's one of the strongest tobi roppo so I don't see who else would be capable of fighting him.

If Killer does go all the way to the top, then he'd have to have gotten stronger since Zoro beat him.

He can use/unlock Ryuo and give Kaido minor cuts, like the Scabbards did

Exactly, it will be a team effort so I have no problem seeing Killer in a support role. But imo he will have his own fight before.
