Ah no because Luffy is undoubtly going to be the World's Strongest, and that while Law's devil fruit is very impressive and that he has the royal treatment compared to the other Supernovas he's still far behind Luffy in terms of power and favoritism from Oda's part.

Kidd has a better shot at that title than Law. But it'd be out of place with Luffy in the mix anyway.
