Break Week Will Loki be Luffys strongest enemy so far ?

I think he will Oda did do some heavy hype for him.

- Luffy trembling form Loki aura

- All giants had to be involved to chain him

- Has legendary devil fruit ,dont remember how many if any devil fruits were called legendary

- Hypes him as Sun God who will destroy everything

Maybe Luffy will have to master his giant form to beat Loki.

I remember in Water 7, Oda said that He wanted to Introduce many Shipwrights so that Fans won't guess who is gonna be Main Villain.
I think He is clearly doing the same with Final Saga, He previously teased "Lurking Legend" saying He is Greatest Foe but look what He did:

1. Rocks D. Xebec is Teased
2. Imu is Teased
3. Man With Burn Scar is Teased
4. Garling is Teased
5. Shanks Lookalike is Teased
6. Loki is Teased
... etc

These Six are Candidates to Destroy The World or Rule it,
They are also shown to be considered Greater Threat than Yonko or even Marine HQ (Not necessarily in Combat, just Overall Power/Influence)

Just like in Water 7, Main Villain ended up being Strongest Member of Secret CP-9, i believe the same applies here.
Shanks Lookalike is gonna be Luffy's Strongest Enemy so far, not Loki who is like this Saga's Franky or Garling who is it's Spandam or Imu who is it's Aokiji.

Absolutely. Loki's hype is off the charts. Regardless of what the fandom may think of individual giants' strength, each and every one of them is far superior to common soldiers from other races. We've seen what Giant warrior pirates did to Kizaru's armada, and there was only a few of them.

Now imagine an entire country of giant warriors, likely hundreds of them being required to restrain Loki, that's extreme hype. Even if the majority of them aren't beyond veteran level, that still makes Elbaf by far the most powerful island/country and Loki by far the most powerful giant.

Add on top of that a devil fruit that was specifically hyped as legendary, likely being mythical zoan of norse origin, and the specific potrayal of Loki as the harbringer of ragnarok, it definitely means that Loki is endgame threat.

Who exactly is supposed to be on Elbaf that is stronger than Loki when entirety of Elbaf's warriors were required to restrain Loki? I'm sure if someone like that existed they would have been mentioned.

So yeah, I'm betting on Loki being on general level of yonkou's and personally hoping that he's stronger than Kaidou.

There is no gap in strength between Kaido and Big Mom ,they are portrayed as equals so being stronger than Big Mom makes you stronger than Kaido too.
