Speculations Will P1 and Ulti get back up soon and be beaten by Nami and Usopp?

I think almost certainly yes because Nami foreshadows earlier how she has to use “stronger lightning” to beat Ulti, so once she gets Zeus back, she’ll show off her power with him by beating Ulti. Usopp also hasn’t gotten his moment yet in this arc, so I think he has to beat P1. His previous encounter with P1 showed him that his attacks need to hit harder, so I think he’ll win by unlocking CoA

Oda doesn’t care enough about the Kid Pirates to give them actually relevant fighters. If he did, he would have just made Heat and Wire stronger and more prominent instead of randomly shoehorning P1 and Ulti into the Kid Pirates

The Hera/Zeus situation is weird. Obviously Zeus will come back, but I’m not sure how. Maybe he eats the cloud balls Hera ate while he’s inside of her and gets the strength to consume her from the inside?

Oda having nami beating dead ulti and ussop beating dead page 1 ?
Even if they come back I don’t see oda doing it.Oda likes the straw hats to fight full power opponents... he is letting Laido recover for Luffy to come and solo him like he always has.

it’s like saying sanji will fight blueno or cracker will fight zoro. Page 1 and ulti are done for oda he even gave them the most panel time and it’s not even close lol.

get ready for Zeus nami VS smoothie and ussop VS snack/ daifuku :gokulaugh:

My theory that Nami is going to be the next user of big moms fruit is growing... imagine her taking the fruit to revive Zeus with a piece of Luffy and her souls so that Luffy and her can both ride it :steef::steef::steef:

Probably, even though tanking CoC slaps from Big Mom should realistically have them out for the remainder of the raid. Why show two of the protagonists use their experience and skills to defeat stronger opponents like they did before the timeskip when you’ve got a deus ex mach-Yonko like that?? :few:

Will it be good? I’m not optimistic. Big Mom weakening Ulti and Page One so that Nami and Usopp could beat them would have been okay.

But Big Mom firing out CoC punches and joint attacks from her homies... that was too much. She should have used much weaker attacks, no CoC, not named- like what she did against Queen in Udon.

I really wish that Oda had just not brought BM into Wano. He had to write BM out of the rooftop so that Luffy could fight Kaido solo, but he didn’t want to unceremoniously O-Lin her that easily and make her look bad, so instead of having her fall into the ocean, he had her get rescued at the last second and replace Zeus with Hera. He then had Kid and Killer go after her so that she wouldn’t go back to the rooftop immediately. Since Oda had just introduced Adv CoC (which he still needed to show BM being in possession of) and Hera, he needed to have someone be hypetooled to show these off, but it couldn’t be Kid since he hasn’t had his moment yet and Oda wants him to look like a rival for Luffy. So Oda instead chose to have Ulti and P1 be the ones that BM shows off her Adv CoC and new Homie with.

Now that big mom has already defeated p1 & Ulti I honestly don’t want nami and usopp to fight them again. It won’t be satisfying at all. I’d rather them fight the numbers or something

I really hope not, I don't see how they can get up from BM's AP and then go down for good to either Usopp or Nami's.
Wouldn't be much of a win when they were failing against them all this time anyway, it would be pure time waste filler.

exactly, it will not make Usopp and Nami seem impressive and/or it will make Big Mom look worse.

There will be a rematch because the set up is there, but I don't think it will be in Onigashima
