Its definitely much stronger than Frankys....... Baby 5 and Bufalo tanked Frankys Strongest Attack in the general, I never want to hear anything about Frankys Attack power again.

The issue is that Sanji will not be a Top 3 combatant when the Strawhats challenge the Marines/World Government.
We'll have:
The above six are all going to be decently stronger than Sanji at EOS, and at least 3 are guaranteed (Luffy, Zoro and Law), with another 2 being very likely (Yamato and Sabo).
If Sanji is #6 or #7 on the Alliance's side, how on Earth is he getting a solo fight vs an Admiral?
Looking at it from another angle, Luffy will be fighting Sakazuki; can you really imagine Sanji defeating someone on the same level as Luffy's arc opponent? After his performance in the New World?
We'll have:
- Luffy
- Zoro
- Sabo (?)
- Yamato
- Law
- Kidd (???)

I don't think he will. If it is though, I think it will be Greenbull, due to the food/women connection. But I saw a pretty interesting theory where Greenbull, just like Fuji, wouldn't really have fought for the WG side and wouldn't have a been an enemy for the strawhat side to take out towards EoS. This guy made various connections between Fuji and Greenbull and the things they had in common, amongst everything else. It was a very long and detailed analysis.
Anyway yes, I don't think that he will be a straw hat opponent. I think that the only two that will fight top tier marines will be Luffy and Zoro, against Akainu and Kizaru, rispectively.
I do think that there is a chance that Sanji fights Greenbull, I just disagree on that happening. Would powerscaling technically be another issue? Well yes but in a sense no. It would be Sanji fighting someone who is in the same tier of an emperor and it's easy to see him being not strong enough even towards EoS but if Oda wants to really do it, Sanji will be strong enough anyway.

And this is coming from a Sanji fanboy. His peak will be the cream of the crop commander level. Luffy and Zoro will be the only members that can fight emperors and admirals as they should, being the future Pirate King and worlds greatest swordsman. Sanji will be just the top commander on the crew

The only admirals he can beat will be the new ones who may potentially be just high commander level. Fujitora is up in the air.
On one hand it would seem that he can solo Dressrosa like any other admiral and on the other Sabo gave him a serious fight off screen leaving him in bandages. So either Sabo had help from his peers, Sabo is admiral level or Issho’s commander level

When I say that, I mean that the admirals won't end up bloodied on the floor. That's because the Marine itself is not evil. Actually it's a force that can represent hope and security for people all around the world. Whether we like it or not, the SH's are viewed by the majority of the world as evil pirates just like any other pirate crew. Making them beat the most powerful forces of the Navy can give a sense of insecurity around the world that could be catastrophic. The Illuminatis from the WG are the real enemies.

It’s just that I don’t think it’s a requirement for the third strongest to be a top tier not to mention stronger than Kizaru.... I’m not saying it cannot happen it’s just that it’s not really needed. He can still protect the weaker SHs if his prime strength is that of decently stronger than all YC1s.
