Kizaru's speed is hardly low diffing Zoro's, let's not forget that Rayleigh was managing to react to him. It's hard to believe that any yonko could not afford the job despite standing in a kind of disadvantage and Asura Zoro actually showed astounding attacking speed. When it comes to reaction speed he showed better RS than even Luffy could attain against Dragon Kaido for the way he tackled Boro Breath.
So odds wise Current Asura Zoro is possibly reacting to Kizaru very very good assuming Asura also augmented his reaction speed and Base Zoro is still most likely faring at least decently that wise considering that Marco also managed to kinda react.

Yeah obviously there are people who can keep with Kizaru. Still, he will showcase the best combat speed feats in the verse.
For how much some people try to downplay the CoO and speed aspect of Zoro, Oda will put him against people like Shiryu, Kizaru and Mihawk. We know about Shiryu's power, Kizaru speaks for himself and Mihawk seems to be extremely proficient in observation himself. Zoro will be a beast in everything.

Sanji vs Kizaru would be nice and all but Zoro have the bigger build up with him. Zoro got destroyed by Kizaru in Sabaody so it's a good opportunity for Zoro to take revenge on him. While Greenbull have connection with woman and food just like Sanji. And if we're going by the pattern of the strongest Admiral appearing last then Sanji will fight the strongest Admiral which is Greenbull because he's the last Admiral to get introduced. Luffy vs Akainu is obvious. Sabo vs Fujitora rematch would be nice although I don't see Sabo defeating Fuji to be honest. Still on the ride of Jinbei and Yamato vs Admiral candidates (Chaton and Gion).
No he shouldn't, if you are of the opinion that admirals/yonkos are relative in power (even if any yonko can beat any admiral or vice versa) and that they are close to PK level (high diff).
Luffy could always stomp or at worst low diff Sanji, that's more evident ever since the post skip. He's not gonna fight someone relative to Akainu (assuming he's the final opponent for PK level Luffy) or someone that can give a good fight to a PK level Imu. Akainu or Imu would need to be way stronger than the admirals for this to work.
His best bet vs an admiral would be in a team battle. Kinda like how the SN fought the Emperors, but with fewer ppl. Sanji + Yamato vs Greenbull? Or maybe with Jinbei instead, goes well with their fire-water theme + they teamed up in FI.
