The way i see it going sanji goes all out (yes that includes hell memories) but not enough puts the shitty suit on queen go hybrid sanji is keeping up with queen but queen has a another form like a his own robotic super suit that breaks the suit then queen uses a viruse maybe multiple making sanji awakens his Lineage Factor modafaction buts thats still not enough then queen does something that indangers his crew then sanji awakens the true potential of judges modafactions sanji full body fire devil form.

also gives the leftovers of the suit to franky and never touch that stupid shitty suit.

Well this is at least the direction the manga took portrayal wise thus far. We clearly witnessed just how massive the suit boosted his complexive capability to withstand dangerous attacks. Sanji may have died against King had he not relied on the suit. That is an undisputable fact. And Queen's AP is definitely no pushover nevertheless.

Diable Jambe will always be Sanji's arsenal.

Sanji doesn't recognize it as essential, something in the fight will force him to use it, but it doesn't mean he will use it everytime, like he said: "My pride can get in the way of saving people", and thats what he does with it by rescuing Nami, Robin and Shinobu from Hawkins and then Momonosuke.

He tested the suit out with Page One after using it to disguise purposes, barely made an effort but still clapped P1 easily, it was basicly the suit potential being showcased, not his true potential as a fighter, i think it will be pretty much like Gear 4, Luffy doesn't use it the whole time, so the RS will be needed to go even beyond when there is no escape or when you just want to beat your opponent the fastest as possible and barely giving him the chance to react, just like Gear 4.

Unpopular opinion: the suit is cool lol. And I find it funny that many Sanji fans don’t want him to use the suit out of some sense of pride, thinking relying on his family’s technology is beneath him, when putting aside that pride so that he can use every advantage he can to help his crew is basically his character arc with it.
