One of the reasons why Luffy's bounty became 400M after the Paramount War is because of him punching Charloss... Usopp's case, you have a good point though...

Although this time, it's a more special case... Goroseis are no ordinary CDs... Also, the crew are siding with the "sinful" people that needs to be erased...

Yes, but that was because of everything stretching from Impel Down to Post-War. There was no increase for just attacking Charloss in and of itself.

Causing trouble is already expected of a Yonko crew, so that in itself isn’t just enough for an increase. If a 1 billion bounty pirate is doing things expected of their level of notoriety, there’s no reason to give them an increase.

If they do get an increase, SH should have the highest bounties in the story easily, and that's the reason i don't believe there'll be an increase of bounties. WG will continue to hide the real strength of the Straw Hats.
This is an unprecedented incident that should sky rocket the bounties of every Straw Hat, but it won't happen.
