Also i think its logical to assume that while the Seraphim probably grow fast like Germa, i cant imagine 2 years or sooner working. The other Shichibukai were established for some time, which makes me think the OG7 just work for this.

I think Stussy and Weevil (seems to be a failed clone of WB) are indicative of that. Theres really no way these are the only 2 pulled from the Rocks crew

I doubt it. There probably hasn't been enough time to clone Law, Buggy or Weevil (who probably is a degenerated clone of Whitebeard anyways), and Teach's weird body probably made him too complex.
