So apparently big mom can sacrifice her lifespan for power.

Could this be how she inevitably meets her end? Not that I expect her to die in wano, that definitely won't happen. Or at the very least, she won't die fighting kid and law. However in the future, could she potentially be forced to use all of her lifespan to take on some opponent? Blackbeard perhaps?

No, I think kid will be the one to kill her, but kid will never defeat her.

I think perhaps the BPM will manage to rescue her in time but still end up facing off Teach sooner or later or end up captured by the Government.

I don't think itll happen at all but imagine how raw itd be if big mom goes berserk end of wano and tries to eat kaido killing them both

Kaido because well hes eaten
Big mom because the second devil fruit

Tho i dont fully believe big mom was actually a cannibal

Probably, there's too much narrative between Meme and Luffy to throw it away. I know guys like you will never understand it, but it is what it is. In the end, we'll have to wait and see, maybe Kid takes down Meme... in that case, I can't wait to see Roger's reaction, he will lose his shit.

Yes, pretty much. Unless she isn't using her awekening and her awakening is essentialy her taking others lifespan to her own.

But as I said many time, BM > Kaido and 2 fodders will not take her out. Still doesn't understand why the fuck she got hurt by fucking metals. No way that attack were stronger than G4 Kong Gun at WCI, for example.

Who the fuck wants to see Luffy deal the last blow both to Kaido and Meme this arc? Luffy fans maybe, every other fanbase surely not. Kaido is enough for him, or he has to switch completely to Meme, he can have one, not both.

She will most likely die naturally. It will be the most ironic death in One Piece in my opinion. Someone who stole life of others , died due to ended up over using her own life force...
But I doubt she will die here at wano but will follow strawhat till elbaf and will die their.
I guess Oda will give nostalgiic death....

You view it through prism of fan bases, but it's not about who wants to see Luffy to take down both Kaido and Meme, I'm pretty sure many people wouldn't want that. But, there's simply too much narrative between Luffy and Meme, it's Oda's fault that he did that, but it is what it is, and a lot of people who care about storytelling wouldn't be happy if Kid takes down Meme–he can kill her but not defeat.

Think this lifespan thing will play a major role in her defeat, pehaps she will die of old age mid fight, or at least get a side effect of the power that weakend her enought for Law and Kid to defeat her. Making look for the readed that they are strong for sure, but not enought to defeat a Emperor head on yet.


She is 68y, minus 1y of lifespan, 69y. If we take in account that she have used this power before when she was younger, her age could be near 80y or even more.

Would be poetic that after playing with others lifespans for soo long, she died because of the same power.

And i think storywise there's a need for her and Kaido to die, they are just too strong to be put in jail after Wano.

Somehow she obtained those abilities... I wonder if she can obtain another DF if she also eats that person?
Orochi is the perfect target, he didnt bring justice to a mythical Zoan and BM seems to be going towards Shadow Asgard.

While Kaido is probably paralleling the zombie Oars. When Zoro kills Kaido, Big Mom could grab his soul in that moment.
That could result in incredible power-up and on top of that eating Orochi and obtaining his abilities as well...
8-headed Big Mom with Thunder, Fire and Sword hommies powered by Kaido's soul and can die several times? :crazwhat:

Bepo will join the fight but Law will be the one dealing the finishing blow to Big Mom.

Out of all characters in Onigashima, the one who has biggest grudge to Big Mom should be Bepo, because Big Mom killed Zepo, his big brother.

There is a reason that:
1. All minks go sulong mode, yet Bepo's sulong is still not revealed
2. Luffy splits the sky so the moon remains visible until now

Bepo will go Sulong against Big Mom and shows he is the strongest crewmate that Law has (which is foreshadowed in latest colorspread).
Yet he will still fail to finish Big Mom off, and Law has to step in, saves Bepo, and deals the finishing blow.

Kidd, as uaual with his ongoing personality, will witness all this scene and swifts his target again "I will target Blackbeard's head".

What do you think?
