Usopp can at least have 2, Auger and Yasopp ( if Shanks is an antagonist). Otherwise gives him a decent chance in Elbaf and who knows about these 9 VAs in Egghead. Then you have Akainu's military and Imu's God Knights.

Tldr: between like 5-6 factions left, yes everyone will still have fights.

Even if Shanks isn't an antagonist, I feel Usopp will still square off against his pops eventually.

Been thinking Brook vs Lafitte also laffite aside from navigate his also seems to be musician also fast and can hyptonize and since Brook became a supporter character can help her but this or frauda make him justice and he fights Vasco Shot even though he is the jobber of the crew
