It’s more of a cumulative Super Saiyan slide that started really when Chinjao got the basic version. What was rare became a thing that a mid arc minor villain/ally had. So we get a special version that only the likes of Roger and Kaido have! Nah, just joking, it’s pretty common as well.

If second rung subordinate characters like Sanji and Gaban start getting it, and it’s necessary to fight third rung subordinates like the holy knights, then it starts becoming more likely that ACoC isn’t actually the best form of CoC. Then ACoC gets handed out like sweeties and we get into daft Ultra ACoC territory as Oda will need to give Luffy and heavily Luffy adjacent characters new powers to keep them special.

Joyboy’s Haki rope may well already be a step above ACoC.

If Sanji unlocks COC in the future you'll just start goalpost shifting and coming up with arguments to maintain your agenda of Sanji. Like at one point it was, "Sanji is not strong enough to fight a commander, he'll fight a Tobi Roppo" then it was "He'll fight a half dead Jack" then " It'll be a group fight against Queen" finally when Sanji beat a commander on his own it became "Queen is a YC2 bum". The Yonko commander agenda didn't just end because Sanji beat one, yet the downplay continued all the same. So it doesn't matter what Sanji actually does. He can unlock COC and his detractors will continue to maintain their agenda against him. I mean if Gabans existence didn't put an end to it then nothing will, COC or not.

It's not true and also It's not like Zoro has plenty before Wano.

That wasn't even a problem for Zoro anyway. For a YC level was good and Oda simply needed Wano to elevate Zoro's haki much more, first CoA and then CoC.

I literally made this same argument about us devaluing top tiers by having “low top tiers” this isn’t about just Sanji it’s about weaker characters like Sanji. I don’t like that Yamato has it either.
