Powers & Abilities Will weaker characters like Sanji unlocking ACoC devalue ACoC?

Make it make sense. Nothing relevant happened between those years involving Kaidou , how did that cement kaidou as the strongest?
Joy boy is a plot device created for luffy , Shanks , Mihawk are well capable of taking kaidou on 1v1 and probably even win.
So only " Joyboy " can beat me is dumb logic.
Rather he was depressed , Confirmed in manga and looked for ways to die or wage the biggest war.
There's no phenomenal gap between Kaidou that fought Oden vs Kaidou that fought luffy.
Tbh , I consider Kaidou almost nearing his Past prime age at the age of 59.

The moment fodders like Chinjao, Doffy, Katakuri got CoC it no longer mattered.
They don't even have strong wills.
-Chinjao gave up for 30 years cause of 1 beating.
- Doffy remained on his 1 island for 15 years, not even a real Pirate King contender
-Katakuri for 50 years was his mom's bitch. Not once disobeying her, says he wants to protect his family yet never taking them to flee. He is a coward. He basically needed someone else to come beat BigMom for him.

Kaido's title was very...dubious to begin with. Mihawk, Shanks or Akainu all had a far better claim for different reasons.
Having said that, until Erbaf we didn't know what even Shanks had done since Foosha to grow stronger and became an Emperor. Now we know at least he fought Loki. Kaido might have done something similar, we don't know.

It’s more of a cumulative Super Saiyan slide that started really when Chinjao got the basic version. What was rare became a thing that a mid arc minor villain/ally had. So we get a special version that only the likes of Roger and Kaido have! Nah, just joking, it’s pretty common as well.
If second rung subordinate characters like Sanji and Gaban start getting it, and it’s necessary to fight third rung subordinates like the holy knights, then it starts becoming more likely that ACoC isn’t actually the best form of CoC. Then ACoC gets handed out like sweeties and we get into daft Ultra ACoC territory as Oda will need to give Luffy and heavily Luffy adjacent characters new powers to keep them special.
Joyboy’s Haki rope may well already be a step above ACoC.

There is no proof that wearing the suit awakened Sanjis exoskeleton and unlike his brother who awakened their genes by cheating Sanji became a superhuman while he was a normal human.
Zoros sword wasn't trying to kill him, it was just that the haki required to use Enma was more then Zoro can use without risking his life.
