"Will Zoro forge a Black Blade"

I take it this is if he makes one black in Wano? Because it's an inevitability regardless. If so, yes. Black blades only became a relevant plot point in the current arc. Take Luffy, for instance. The same time he's introduced to a new haki concept as us, he learns it within the same arc.

Turning a sword black also holds more significance in Wano.

"Will he get Shusui back"

No. Oda had to write Shusui out of the plot to make way for Enma. It would make everything Zoro's done in Act 2 pointless.

"Will he be known as a the next Ryuma or successor?"

The only thing I am confident on is that Zoro will gain the respect of all the Samurai on the island. I don't know if he'll be revered as a god there as Ryuma was an undefeated force and defended them from countless foes. Zoro would have to do a lot in such a short time to measure up to that clout. Most likely EOS after Zoro's helped Luffy topple the WG.

"Is he related to Ryuma?"

Ehh, maybe? So far, the only confirmed connection is that Zoro was inspired by Ryuma. Beyond that, it could be that the two are related by blood, or Zoro is Ryuma's reincarnation. I don't know how to feel about either.
