Zoro was always going to have it, obviously. I don't even know why him having it or not having it has often been such a big discussion.
Leaving this chapter aside, Oda left a lot of hints throughout the story which indicated that this was going to be the case.

I personally think that Sanji (and maybe some other crewmember) will eventually be shown to have it as well, though this being more of a debate is understandable.

That's an argument people used against Zoro having it as well, cuz it will make Luffy having it less special.

In fact, the more CoC users Luffy has in his crew that choose to follow him, the more special he is.

You didn’t even mention the biggest part. Everyone shown in that spread are also the only straw hats who directly combatted one of the celestial dragons. So not even gods fear them

Abnormal will? Sanji is willing to sacrifice himself for his friends and has shown that willingness multiple times. He also has a strong will that people follow him as a leader.

And strong ambition? Tell me about Whitebeards ambition, or Katakuri, or a 7 year old Ace?

I hate Usopp but he probably will get CoC and will learn to use his special CoO.
Sanji will have good CoA and maybe adv CoO.
Zoro will have adv CoC (if that’s a thing), adv CoA and really good CoO
Luffy will have all 3 adv
