Zoro and Sanji vs Kizaru and Ryokugyu
I think that the more sympathetic Marine characters like Smoker, Coby, Tashigi, Drake, etc will be allies instead of enemies when the war against the World Government happens. Fujitora's a free thinker, so I don't think he would side with the World Government, assuming that a faction of Marines do end up siding with Luffy

Fujitora & Greenbull are a duo of admirals, just like all others Sanji/Zoro opponents
and Kizaru is 2nd strongest after Akainu
Zoro will fight 2nd strongest admiral and Sanji will fight 3rd one. But the problem is Kizaru and Greenbull aren't a duo.
And Fujitora vs Zoro was already set up back in Dressrosa.
Which for me it means:

Zoro vs Fujitora and Sanji vs Kizaru is what I'm hoping for. Fujitora's incredibly compelling and I'd like to see him show off more of his abilities in and extended 1v1. Plus his demeanour seems fitting, usually pretty serious though ca n lighten up depending on the situation. His great observation haki would make for a great fight.
Kizaru's light-speed movements seem like the greatest challenge Sanji could face as far as his own speed and observation go. Kizaru's pretty laid-back at times though still seems serious about his role so I'd like to see more from him. Him and Aramaki seem like the least explored Admirals and I hope that changes.

Kizaru's clashed with notable number 2's a lot so it'd be fine for him to face Zoro and Aramaki seems to have a black blade so that'd be cool. Sanji vs Aramaki has a lot of potential from the test of Sanji's convictions with Aramaki contrasting with Sanji's core values of the importance of nutrition and compassion for anyone even foes.

- Greenbull v. Jinbe — Horrible supremacist versus someone who strives to overcome racism
- Kizaru v. Zoro — Kizaru has a history of fighting swordsman
- Greenbull v. Sanji — Same as before
- Fujitora v. Jinbe — Both very formal and honorable characters
