The Plot between shanks and Teach , I don't know if they will fight either Also what makes Oda not using the events that's gonna happen in Elbaf and giving statements that Teach beat shanks ( He can jump him if he wants since he's that guy )

Which is why i mentioned Sandman's Tweet, as it's Confirmed that Oda was gonna make Roger say the Exact same
But what does BB Pirates mean with "The World"? We don't know that
What We know is that owning One Piece makes you Pirate King & allows you to Buy Anything

1) Blackbeard is part of the final war against Imu and helps bring the latter down (everyone vs Imu basically), then tries to take over as ruler of the world. That's when the final battle between the SHs and BB pirates for the future of this world happens.
2) Blackbeard gains a lot of intel via Caribou/Devon and causes some mayhem by invading both Fishamn Island and Wano for the ancient weapons. He then reaches Laughtale just at the same time as Luffy and the war for the PK title happens there (who is the true chosen one Roger was waiting for?). Afterwards the winner (aka Luffy) goes into the final war against Imu.

He can't be the next villain atleast. Before Luffy beats him, Teach has to beat Shanks. Even for that he isn't ready yet. He needs a third Devilfruit for that. I think Orochi's will do it. Akainu will occupy Luffy in the meantime. After Shanks is defeated, and Blackbeard puts the Strawhat on his head, Luffy will forget about the World Government for a while and do everything to take Teach out. Then he becomes Pirateking and prepares a raid on Maryjoa.

If it is Blackbeard that Shanks warned the Celestial Dragons about, then that’s another example of a “good” character choosing the Celestial Dragons over someone who has clearly inherited Rocks’s will.
If Garp, Roger and Shanks are all rationalising the Celestial Dragons as being the lesser evil to Rocks/Blackbeard achieving their dream of being King of the World, then that would be what could make Blackbeard be the final villain. The world the two of them would create is even worse than the world that Imu rules over.

No, it's not inevitable, it only sets up Teach as a contender for the One Piece like the story has been telling us for years
This. Blackbeard is not end of series villain, he is the last opponent before Luffy gets the One Piece.
Blackbeard and Luffy both need the One Piece to reach their endgoal.
- Blackbeard -> One Piece -> King of the World and Conquer the World
- Luffy -> One Piece -> Freest
Luffy will defeat Blackbeard and then he will destroy the Red Line and defeat Imu who is opposing his freedom dream.
Freedom will prevail, the Dawn of the World is the Dawn of Freedom.
