Oda is already setting up a reunion between the 3 at Elbaf.

Kid and Law have a major role in the series: they are amongst the SHs greatest allies. This will probably be true into the final war with Law taking away Imu’s immortality and Kid helping him do it.

No but that's the thing. There are a ton of allies that Luffy has, however there are only a select few that grow alongside the SHs. They are:

• Kid
• Law
• Smoker
• Koby
• Sabo

Hence they will always be the most relevant allies.
