What is it?​

A 3v3 style battle tournament, pitting the crews of posters against each other. With all the possibilities, banter and debates this could be extremely fun and entertaining. Due to the RNG nature of this, try not to take the debates too serious. Be creative, let your imagination run wild and have fun with it.

How this Tournament works?​

1)
a. Each player will receive a crew made up of 3 One Piece characters at random.
b. Each character will be randomly pulled from 3 Pots: Low-Tier, Mid-Tier, Top-Tier. This tier-list hardly matters, given the other criteria, so don't think too deep into it.
c. A new crew will be generated each round.
d. Player A vs. Player B may have overlapping characters. Characters may be reused in the same round as well.
e. Dead characters are in their prime. Living characters are in their current versions. Past versions of characters will be clarified.

The Pots in question:


2) Each character will be assigned a random Haki-Proficiency from 5 Tiers.
Due to the 3 Character-Tiers, a single crew may get the same 3 Haki-Tiers for all characters.

3) Each character will be given a Devil Fruit at random from this list.
Devil Fruits will not repeat in a matchup, but may be reused within a round.

4) A random location from the list below will be assigned during each matchup. This will be implemented in the third match of the Round of 32

5)
a. Players and non-players will vote which team they believe would win in a 3v3 brawl, in a 2-day poll. Player cannot vote for themselves.
b. You may use your debating skills and knowledge or agendas and memes to persuade other voters, or argue for your own side.
c. Since the rules are very loose surrounding how you vote, all I ask is that you try to remain impartial to the participants and characters themselves and give at least one reason why you think one crew beats the other. Be creative.
d. Due to the randomness of the tournament, the winner will be decided mostly by luck and how well they try to persuade the masses. Do not take this tournament and tiers too seriously, this is purely for fun and banter.

Format

1. Worstgen users will sign up for this tournament until we have 32 participants
2. Each participant will be randomized and we will follow a classic bracket-style, single elimination
3. Each round will be completely randomized until the final
4. I will be posting 2 threads every 2 days from the Round of 32 until the quarterfinal

R32: 16 threads, 2 threads every 2 days (16 days)
R16: 8 threads, 1 thread every 2 days (8 days)
QF: 4 threads, 1 thread every 2 days (8 days)
SF: 2 threads, 1 thread every 2 days (4 days)
Final: 1 thread (2 days)
Total: 38 days
Reward

The top 3 will receive a 1 month VIP gift from me. If they are already a VIP i will gift them a 20$ amazon gift card instead.

Yes I asked the admins for this, I dont know if you are interested or not but this is a crew vs crew tourney where your crew is RNGed, you may get a random 3 man crew with random haki proficiencies and fruits. Afterwards you may try to convince people to vote for you instead of your opponent to advance. The top 3 will receive prizes from me, a VIP and also gift cards.

It is highly casual,. Ill do most of the work. You just sit there and work with the team you get. You may meme, agenda post or just plain debate to get others to vote for your team.

I saw it in action in another forum and it was highly entertaining with the RNG teams some people got.
