Yes, Luffy’s battle with Kaido was basically a Haki wankfest where the advanced forms of all 3 Haki were in constant play. Internal destruction Armament and FS are currently the best applications of each haki so far, Black Blade might surpass internal destruction but I find it hard to believe that it’s the absolute pinnacle of CoA, surely Kaido/Roger/Shanks would have achieved that feat as well since they are all haki-oriented fighters. It seems more that Black Blade is about the mastery of CoA application to a weapon and fluidity of control through it.
Might also be a case where each M3 has specializations in how they wield the Haki. Luffy has more creativity being able to create force fields and destroy things from within while Zoro just maxes out the output of CoA onto his sword. Luffy can see the future while Sanji is more attuned to sensing his surroundings, a type of clairvoyance, since he was able to hear voices that Luffy wasn’t able to hear.
Even so, you can’t really argue that Luffy has individual Haki mastery inferior to either of the Wings, if Luffy tried doing what those two are known for he would learn to do them faster than he got bonked in the head by Ragnarok.

I do believe luffy will be surpass in coa by zoro and coo by dancing because that there not his specialty. Even if we look at how odd has been building up zoro wit coa and sanji with coo these guys basic haki you can say us compareble to luffy advance version. Zoro doesn't have ad coa but you can argue his own still is better that luffy like wise sanji coo even thought he doesn't have future sight he dodges like he has it already, or definitely is heading in the right direction , it will be well balance with the monster trio
Zoros CoC seems a lot more refined with him making CoC barriers, Haki hame has, royally fucking him and scaring people more durable than Kaido.
Zoros CoC even without a clash is island sized lightening
Compare that to Luffy who is only showing basic CoC punches, Zoro literally has a CoC based mode King of hell.
Imagine if Zoros CoC finisher clashed with bajrang gun..I think luffy will lose his arm

Luffy has already reached the absolute highest level of 3 forms Haki that we know so far. Internal destruction is said to be the superior version of Ryou by Hyogoro. Anything else is speculation at this point. We'vebeen told that black blades are not simply Haki. It makes sense given that it has something to do with the will of a blade. So that's something entirely different.
Now all that's left for Luffy to do at this point is to improve them in battle.

To say that at least Zoro's weapon haki will not be at least equal to Luffy's, is complete nonsense, even more so if he manages to blacken his swords, it will be on par or by far, it will be superior to Luffy's.
Sanji already has an incredibly good CoO, being on the verge of Fs, and even without having it, he is among the best users of that haki in the entire series, better range, better detection forms, only in that he is already superior to luffy., when he gets Fs he will definitely have surpassed luffy, and possibly he will in the next arc.
