Yamato would be the vice captain of the crew had she obeyed what kaido told her to do, so how would the match ups turn out to be???

Luffy x kaido

Zoro x yamato

Sanji x king

jinbei x queen

Here comes the problem: is there any strawhat aside from monster trio + jinbe that would be able to win against who´s who???

Luffy vs Kaido -> goes the same

Zoro vs Yamato -> Zoro wins very high diff/extreme diff (assuming he unlocks CoC/Adv CoC/King of Hell)

Sanji vs King -> Sanji would clearly lose by feats it's not even remotely close, by portrayal even worse, Queen considered King a god who could survive everything and would never lose to Zoro, a guy stronger than Sanji and with feats against Kaido
But make Marco vs King and Sanji vs Queen and Marco and King kill each other while Sanji vs Queen goes as per canon

Jinbe vs Queen -> would likely kill each other

Luffy vs Kaido
Zoro vs Yamato
Marco vs King
Sanji vs Queen
Jinbe vs Who's Who

every fight is the same below King

have Marco go 1v1 vs King, or atleast stall

Zoro goes 1v1 against Yamato, he can win + use mink medicine if its extreme

Then he will need to either help vs King, or stall Kaido for goofy

everything else is more or less the same


BUT, if Marco doesnt do shit

idk, Jinbe doesnt have a good matchup vs Queen, Sanji doesnt beat King, Zoro can still beat Yamato but he would need to stall Kaido and potentially fight King too... just not possible

If we're talking of Beast Pirates vs SH only, yeah, surely SH will heavily loss.
But, if Beast Pirates vs SH and Alliance (+mink+scabbard+marco), the chances is there for SH win over Beast Pirates.
The momentarily of Luffy knocked out at rooftop, the Yamato place can be replaced with Marco. And presumably, Yamato most likely much suited to put against Jinbe. This can give more pressure and showcase for Jinbe.
As for Who's Who, Drake is pretty much can handle him. The stage is very well prepared. Only the storyline might be too easily predicted, so Oda twist it.
