Questions & Mysteries Would the final villian die

#1
Since the final villian won't just give up, does that mean the someone has to kill the final villain, because even if the he/she is defeated by luffy, what stops him/her from coming back and causing disaster in the world.

Luffy will eat Imu, absorbing Imu's Power of Life. Either that or Luffy has become strong enough to be his/her true equal so that Luffy can deal with any of his/her threat.

..either that or Imu becomes Luffy's wife.

Think the whole point of making Imu immortal, them giving Law the power to undo the immortality is for Imu to die when the WG lost.

Of all villains Imu is the one build to die, and after living for centuries seem ok

It's One Piece ...

Knowing Oda's hesitance to write any consequences at all, it's more likely that Luffy asks him to join the crew than him dying.
True, but Akainu already did everything to became person that cannot be left alive. Plus he can get more score in that terms if he kill Garp and Dragon as well LOL

Depends on who the final villain is...

BB, there's no assurance but if there's someone that Luffy will kill it's him due to his deep grudge...
Akainu, death is imminent likely at the hands of Sabo...
Im, we don't even know the motivations and means of that person so it's less likely...

But in shonen stories like OP wherein death rarely occurs esp. in villains, very powerful villains with firm intentions opposed by MCs have high chance to die...

If it's Im sama perhaps they are even immortal but I don't think someone can be fully immortal in the verse, perhaps just biologically. However I'm not too sure either, there's also the Marco matter.
