General & Others Would The Navy Have To Send An Admiral After Franky?

We saw that Franky can easily defeat a new world G-base vice admiral (in other words, Franky low diff'd a high-level VA).

If Franky started going out and destroying countries, would the navy have to deploy an admiral to take him in?

You would probably have:

• Koby
• Smoker
• Drake
• Grus

Who could easily solo him. Add Gion and Tokkikake if they are really admiral candidates. Possibly Kurouma as well.

Franky mauls any of those guys besides the admiral candidates and Smoker if Franky doesn’t have a logia counter.

Drake is at best Sasaki tier and probably can’t even hurt him in shogun.

kizaru cant hurt franky, we saw that his ap is not high enough
Oda should have named franky the 'warrior of science' he is outperforming sanji in all arcs, and has more fights than sanji in nw, sanji doesnt even have dresszoras franki ap power, the sky dive franki did to ko senior p has more ap than anything sanji showed so far, its crazy.
Franky low diffed his wano calamity candidate also, and in egghead he shits on sanji.
