Kaido would go to Marineford, but his reasons deserve no credit. He's just a war-crazed booze hound who'd only go for the battle, completely forgetting/disregarding that it was supposed to be a rescue mission

The only one I am undecided if she would go is BM. On one hand she clearly doesn't care for the rest,but on other hand this would hurt her ego..
Shanks would go to save on of his subordinates and Kaidou regardless the reason,he would do it,because he seeks a glorious death. Considering he thinks WB got one ,going out the way he did,there is no reason to assume Kaidou wouldn't go to MF.

Kaido actually tried with Doffy by sending Jack amd that is already more than enough considerin Doffy was a trading partner who at that point had lost his business so even Kaido interest pretty much, also he was weaker than a calamity so even recruit him/ use him in your crew had limited benefits. Either way Kacl had the balls to fight Sengoku, Fuji and Tsuru to try to save him.
Imo Kaido would go save his daughter, at least before she betrayed him.

BM maybe would calc if what she gains is more than what she loses (example: in order to save Kata how many people should I sacrifice? Is it worth it to lose this amount of manpower to save Katakuri?)
BB would do something like BM, laugh at the bad luck of his comrade if he thinks it is a waste of time to go save him/her but if it is something really important like Nico Robin or Pudding for BM (at least in WCI arc) he will try to save that piece.

Only Shanks would go to save one of his own from what we have seen. He is portrayed as the idealistic "nakama" type that would give his own life to save one of his crew.

Then there is Yamato who Kaido put explosive shackles on in order to hold her hostage on Onigashima, and has violently beat her since childhood.
