Ulti is the hot bitchty girl. However if she was ugly. She'd just be a more annoying Big Mom.

Yamato has built her fanbase on her looks. She wont fare well at all.

This also goes for male characters. However people like Queen are still liked due to their personalities.

One arc we had freaking Rebecca in top 15, now we don’t even have her in top 100

Dadan is from q very old arc... and she is still considered side character and not a main cast, no matter how we live her, her popularity will only rise in the year she was involved in... go back to popularity poll during ASL flashback and see where she ranked

I have yet in my ten years of OP reading ever saw anyone put Dadan in any top 20 let alone top 10

Nah, being bitchy is part of Ulti's appeal. Being willing to mouth off to Kaido is what initially piqued my interest. Beyond that, I love her dynamic with Pay Pay as well as her loyalty to Kaido.

Furthermore, it doesn't really matter that Ulti's Zoan form(s) aren't sexy when her normal human form is.
