Abilities:
Primary Ability: The user can transform into water vapor and manipulate the temperature of the air.
Secondary Abilities:
1. The user can create tornadoes in pinpoint locations by manipulating air temperatures. These can be used to attack opponents.
2. The user can create immense humidity which accelerates the opponents fatigue and can lead to dehydration if they stay in the area for extended periods of time.
3. The user can create thick fog imparting the opponents vision. This makes it hard for the opponent to attack the user as they become vapor not the fog itself. The user can be anywhere in the fog however swinging at it with haki doesn’t guarantee you’ll hit the user. You need to be a strong CoO user to pinpoint the user and if the user has better CoO than you won’t be able to hit the user without said user being distracted. (What Vergo did to Smoker won’t work)
4. The user can manipulate the air temperature to create mirages and distract their opponent.
5. The user can hit other Logias without the use of haki by utilizing the water in the air. This is similar to what Fishman can do.
Awakening:
The user can create intense heat in the air boiling the surface of the sea which will fill the air with sea vapors. This will allow the user to cancel out other devil fruit abilities when attacking with the water in the air. The after affect of this user awakening will permanently alter the atmosphere me of the island nothing but fog will be seen from the outside of the island. When navigating to an island alters by this fruit you will see mirages which will make it harder to navigate there and it will make leaving the island harder. Random tornadoes will happen frequently making this island nearly uninhabitable. When tornadoes aren’t happening it will be extremely humid. The weather will be completely altered.
