Only a brain dead retard would prefer zoro as a main character. A null character like him would provide no quality to the story at all.
Pretty sure OP would be way better off without zoro even as a side character

By the way, Zoro as the main character will be funny to work with, since he is a lone wolf on his own and does not need help - that’s why it would be funny to watch him try to distance himself from others, but circumstances will pressure him to work in a crew /or other crewmate force themselves in his team (like those those goons from impeldown who joined Buggy's crew against his will). In this case, the main moral of One Piece will be that no matter how strong-willed and persistent you are, you will have to work with others and take their worldview into account. Luffy already has that attitude, but not Zoro.
