WB was as strong as Roger
Roger died, WB take the reputation of "King of the seas"

Almost every pirates wanted to be the next King of Pirates
So, basicallly, they needed to be, at least, equals to WB, the WSM, the only man that could go toe toe with the previous King

We can say that millions of pirates wanted the title of WB
We can say that WB had millions of enemies but no one as strong as Roger so no rivals

Regarding Kaido, the WSC is a no-sense title

Regarding Mihawk, even among the strongest swordsmen, like Shanks, no one have interst in his title, only Zoro

WSM is the most important title after PK

WSS and WSC are lazy writing, the WSC even more than the WSS (Kaido never had a rival as strong as Shanks lol)

Pk and Yonko are not strength only based titles, both require other factors than strength to be accomplished; strength, crew, allies, luck.
Roger achieved his title because, yes he was strong (not the strongest since Rocks, WB and Garp were arguably as strong if not stronger) but he also had a crew, had allies, and was lucky af.
Now another character that proves Yonko doesn't require strength to attain, is Buggy the M*****F***ing Clown...nuff said

WS titles though only require, as the S in WS suggests, strength. You absolutely have to be the strongest to be called that; such comon sense right? yet here we are!

In reality the real problem is the definition that people have of a swordsman, some agenda driven and some genuinely(I guess :s), believe that to be a swordsman one has to somehow say it out loud or not use anything but swords, basically Zoro or Mihawk; whereas it was mentionned numerous times that anyone wielding a blade is a swordsman, technique will ofc help eliminate the fodder but in the end the strongest will prevail; ''I will win even if I have to use my teeth'' said a certain famous swordman.

We have zero evidence if Shanks and Mihawk were at their peak and secondly if Shanks was able to grow stronger what stops Mihawk?

If we go along with your logic and Mihawk is still stuck at his 20s strength current Zoro is ready to beat him and thats pure copium.

So, at least, they need his power level and strenght AND others thinks, crew, fortune, fate, RPG ecc

Who called Kaido the WSC? Kaido never killed the previous WSC (there wasn't a WSC) and Oda never stated that he was as strong as Prime Roger or Prime WB.

Who were, indirectly and directly, WB's competitors? Almost every pirates AND 3 Yonko.
Kaido's competitors? 3 Yonko.
Mihawk's competitors? Zoro.

So not having proper rival debunks oda's statement about Kaido being strongest and his title? Lol

That’s not true technically you definitely don’t have to be THE strongest to get to laugh tale however this is a shounen manga and that’s how it will end up

Naturally it’s assumed that you atleast had to obtain all the road poneglyph’s to get to laugh tale. In order to do so you’d have to take it by force from other Yonko. That’s why none of them could reach One Piece. They’ve been in a stalemate for years until BM and Kaido got taken out. That’s when Shanks also decided to go after it.

Regardless of all this Roger is the strongest from Kaido’s perspective who is the WSC. And his only rival is WB who is the WSM. There is no way you can become PK without challenging the strongest. Unless of course your Buggy. There is no doubt that Roger is the pinnacle of strength.

I think you need to learn what rivals means lol
Imagine saying wb and Roger is rivalry when wb didn't even seek PK title but you said wb and shiki aren't rivalry
Kaido and other yonko isn't rivalry

Rivalry is when you compete with someone for something : in One Piece is either for One Piece or ruling the seas

Mihawk and Shanks are former rivals btw
They don't compete for the same thing even.
