Because sword is most classical pirate weapon so ofc everyone will have it. So mihawk is above everyone else. Yet he is someone sharing same title as buggy.

Either make wss title and have mihawk as fin villain for luffy instead of im or bb, or just call him something else. Like wss is rhe type of title only guys like roger should have.

Not everyone fights with swords. Luffy doesn't and neither does Whitebeard's successor. Not even Whitebeard fights with a sword unless naginatas count.

There’s eighteen characters, past and present broadly considered to be top tiers, not counting Luffy, Zoro or any other young character rising in the world (or folk dead for centuries like Ryuma or Joy Boy). Admirals, Yonko, Mihawk, Dragon, Garp, Roger, Rayleigh, Rocks and Oden.

Half them don’t use swords. Kizaru has used one once. Big Mom might fall into the King category of using one but it not counting. None of the ones Luffy will face (Kaido, Sakazuki, Blackbeard) use one.

It works fine.
