Controversial X-Drake is better character than Loby

I like Coby, but the dude has ZERO wins in the series.
If Oda wanted us to take him seriously this far into the series, he should've at least have him defeat Boa Hancock. But nah.
Same could be said for Drake, but at least there were moments I felt like he was strong.

Why do you connect everything to Zoro? Does Zoro bother you that much?
Coby has zero wins on screen. Oda dropped the ball hard with him. At least have him defeat Boa or one of BB commanders?

That doesn't make any kind of sense. Rodger didn't have any win even om screen.
Drake didn't even have a win
Smoker also didn't have a win.
I can go on and on about how many strong people haven't had a win.
Boa also didn't have a win on coby.
Let's go down the list.
Doffy packed smoker
Law packed up smoker
Vergo packed up smoker
Drake lost to leader cp0 agent
Coby wasnt packed up by boa
Bb complemented Coby
Coby and bb fought a rocks pirate
Coby has ties with law
Boa couldn't low diff or 1 shot coby with an ability that took out bb commanders

Reasoning don't make sense. Already explained that
It's different because one is an established top tier, most accomplished pirate yet. He was equal to the WB, the WSM/WSP even in old age. Defeated Xebec. etc
The other seemingly is setup to be an admiral.
But last we saw of his interaction with Luffy, he got no diff'd
Coby needs to prove that he is worth the benefit of doubt. Was it so hard for Oda to give him a W over Boa or a BB commander?
It isn't enough that he becomes an admiral EoS randomly out of the blue.
It's like with Smoker. Another character who has portrayal against Luffy, similar to Coby but even higher. But Oda completely butchered him in PH arc. Smoker no longer gets the benefit of the doubt now, unless proven otherwise.
We can give benefit of the doubt only to an extend.

Drake is arguably the strongest Tobiroppo.
Smoker got mid diff by Vergo, who would be on the lower end of Tobiroppo tier
Coby has nothing goin on him other than hype. Oda could've given him a W to show us otherwise, but nah, Oda didn't do that.
