Luffy got a huge increase after WCI because it was believed that he created and led the plot to assassinate big mom, and was commanding capone, and Germa in doing so. He also had beat Katakuri and Cracker. And correct me if I'm wrong, but Luffy went from 300 to 400 while Zoro didn't get any raise because the strawhats weren't active at the time of the marineford war and stuff

He's not even their ally or anything, he's a direct member. He has a much bigger increase in bounty due to this than any of the Yonkos have for their "Crew" lmfao. It's just territory that matters.
Also it's confirmed captains increase their underling's bounty not vice versa otherwise how come Law has same bounty as Luffy? Because of Bepo and friends?

Law and Kid are projected as the ring leaders of the alliance along with Luffy. They're not just given those bounties because they're individually that strong or something. So cut the BS about them not having huge crews or territories. Read the explanation about Luffy's bounty increase after WCI to know how many factors effect your bounty. Also, Oda never specifically said captains bounties aren't influenced by their underlings. It's a question about subordinates getting bounty increases from captain's influence. And that's what Oda answered. He also literally said the Captains get huge increases in the same answer confirming the already known fact that captain bounties are heavily inflated.

This is profound headcanon. When Shanks and the BBP talked about their bounties, they weren’t referencing some nebulous role as leaders of an Alliance. They used it to estimate strength.
