Big Mom confirmed that she can be damage by just crushing her or squishing her with materials (not even haki).

That is what Kidd is doing, we havent see any haki applied to his creations like for example bullet (non canoncal character) but the big mecha was coated with haki.

If that is the bar minimum to deal damage vs Big Mom, golem pica would deal pretty okayich damage to big Mom especially because she is so slow in reacting dodging or even blocking.

If PICA can damage a Yonko well we have to review all the power scale in the community.

Pica is huge, it can be seen from far, Big Mom will react unlike with the bull which was from blind point.

And she did destroy it later.
