Literally the young Kanmei who defeated Oukotsu had achieved over a hundred undefeated victories for Chu and was a personal vassal to Kou En, feared far and wide throughout all states but Qin and Qi. Gyou’Un is hype but he ain’t that hype, especially not Shukai Gyou’Un.

The scary thing to me is that if you look at say Renpa's or Shibashou's army and pick out their "physically imposing" vassal (to keep the "type" similar to Kanmei) you'd look at Kaishibou for Renpa and at Jiaga for Shibashou...whereas if you faced Kouen's army at the time, their (that we know of) corrispodent there would in fact have been Kanmei lmfao. Imagine either of them being put against the bloke and how that would go.

Now the corrispondence in this case might not mean anything, or it could actually say something abou Kouen's and the rest of his army's power level (in comparison with some others).

If it's anything remotely resembling the second option I'd be shitting myself lol.
