The name that was supplied by Nami for the sake of a gag? Nami, who overruled Sanji to make the most important decision on Zou while they were the Swirly Pirates? Nami, who told Luffy what they were going to do next on Dressrosa while Sanji was asking permission? Who overruled Sanji on PH to make the second most important decision within that arc?
The lengths Sanji fans have to go to soothe their insecurity regarding Zoro is pathetic. This is simply a symptom of that.

Oda hasn't drawn a big moment with the 3 together post-TS like he did in pre-TS. But their dynamic has continued to be the same.

Decision on what to do regarding Ussop centered around Zoro's claim of not getting Ussopp back, Nami questioning him, with Luffy making the decision ultimately. (We got 1 comment from Chopper in agreement with Nami's reaction & 1 from Sanji in agreement with what Zoro was saying) :

Of course Oda making a special single page cover for chapter 1000, that was centered around them:
There's also all these Vice-captain esque moments from Nami that happened post-TS, which altered the story to a great extent. And even when Sanji left the crew at Zou, Nami takes the full responsibility on herself. Even enforcing the Captain's order.
If we're looking at the strawhat crew from a pirate structure, then:
Captain - Luffy
Vice-Captain - Zoro
Quartermaster - Nami
They're the "right & left hands" of Luffy when it comes to authority in the crew.

Luffy-Ace is my favourite duo, I just loved their bond. Monster Trio is my favourite trio of course cause it has Sanji along with their moments being the most hype and engaging to me but Luffy, Kid and Law is always nice to see.
Even if they aren't exactly equals, Luffy competing with formidable Pirates in his generation, plus them being compelling and endearing themselves is always cool.
