Nah, no human is born evil or good. Being good or evil is biproduct of your environment.
Man didn't create laws whether they are moral ones or judicial ones to scare people, man created them to punish those that will do such things.
You don't hit your mother because a law says you can't do it, you don't do it because it is the right thing to do.
You don't murder, steal and other for the same reason.
Meanwhile if a person is good only because they believe in some divine reward then that person is literally 1 step away from being an absolute nightmare. Their whole notion of being good lingers on one single thing which is God.
And you screaming religious people are dumb fucks isn't any better.

That’s why the heart/intention is the most important thing for God.
There are 3 kind of religious people.
The first one does good things because he wants to go to heaven.
The second one does good things because he fears hell.
The third one does good things without thinking about heaven or hell. It’s the purest form and an simple act of love. That’s the one who understood the teachings of God.
The other two are some kind of egoistic.
That’s my view.

2. That’s sadly a cultural thing. We are against violence and treat women and men equally. We even pray together because we’re "one". Our biggest wish is the equality of women in ever single area of life.
God gave us a mind and a free will to question things. So you can decide between good and evil. Being a brainless sheep is against our religion. That’s why education and wisdom are one of the most important things.
To end this discussion from my side one last thing.
Bad people are everywhere, in every nation, in every religion and in every job etc.
Don’t put people into boxes, be open minded and don’t insult other people’s views/beliefs.

2- I know what hadiths means, but there’s 2 problem , first pretty sure that hadith was not from (bokhari or sahih muslim) and you know these 2 sources are the only legit ones
Second problem is that hadith is a clear contradiction from what god said
