According to some experts of worstgen, Luffy has already reached Yonko level. So defeating a weakened Yonko shouldn't be a big deal for him.

Why need another PU?

Yea i mean he had shown the adv CoC but it's like a greeting right? So i feel if AdvCoC alone, he cant decisively defeat Kaidou who also have AdvCoC. Except if he had some application of it, or something else, which Kaidou doesn't have.

Can you enlighten me why vulcanization is good? Isnt it like getting rid of rubber's elasticity and stuff?

I believe Luffy will unlock Sun God Form (Which is like New Transformation enhanced by CoC & Flames)
And there are Three Methods he can do that:

1. Absorb BM's Soul (Thanks to Kid & Law)
2. Eat a Rumble Ball or Three
3. Learn Awakening which allows him to improve his Rubber Properties & Fire
4. Something New

Doesnt flame powers already too much overused tho? From Red Hawk to Red Roc to Ifrit Jambe to Fire Yokai to Prometheus...i cant seem to think any more creative ways to make fire-based powers original

Fire powers has never been original
All i can think of is that Luffy's Final Attack on Kaido might be named Meteor

He's already slightly above Zoro without it. With another powerup, he'll be on an entirely different level like he was before Zoro got CoC coating.

That YC seems more impressive because Luffy is closer in strength to Kaido, than Zoro is to King.

If its for realism i agree with you, but Luffy pulled up Snakeman in the climax of Luffy vs Kata fight, pulled KKG in vs Doflamingo fight, so imo it's the flashy new move that counts lol

snakeman is another form of g4
rather than new power
I would say its another form optimizing speed rather than power.
