Zeff is only one year younger than Big Mom. The ages fit. Sigh. Daifuku is 48 years old. Big Mom is 68. Zeff is 67. They would have been 20/19. Big Mom in her prime.
So, I read this thread today: https://worstgen.alwaysdata.net/forum/threads/zeff-used-to-be-in-rocks.28202/#post-3080275 and it got me thinking. Zeff seems to be a pretty famous chef. His restaurant is well known amongst even Marines (Fullbody).
As a pirate with an insane obsession with food, it would make sense for Big Mom to hunt down famous chefs: imagine Big Mom's interest in a pirate who's also a fantastic chef? Yep. Perfect couple, huh?
Sanji's Dad banged Big Mom and made Daifuku. At first, this seems like a stupid shitpost, but it actually has gigantic plot implications.
If Zeff is actually a man Big Mom loved and respected, rather than just used, Big Mom could have a total change of heart upon discovering Sanji is Zeff's son. There's no proof Big Mom actually takes care of espionage personally: we have no proof Big Mom knows directly of the Barartie and Zeff being Sanji's home and father.
Big Mom could find out Sanji is not only Zeff's son, but also saved Whole Cake Island by baking her the most delicious cake she's eaten in her entire life. Moved to tears, Big Mom asks Sanji to marry Pudding, but for real. I'm torn on Blackbeard kidnapping Pudding, though.
Even though this theory is fucking wild, I actually really like it, because it means Sanji and Daifuku's clashes were brotherly fighting, adding more family elements to Whole Cake. (I swear this is the last weird post I'll make today)
Edit: Completely forgot about Daifuku and Oven and Katakuri being triplets... that makes this theory even funnier to me. Thanks to @Kid D Killer for the correction.
