The point is that Luffy isnt always paired with the strongest guy around. 
The question was - When has Zoro ever fought someone stronger than Luffy's arc opponent and the answer is at least 3 times. 
If we also include that he is the only one who ever faced two top tiers combo attack, we can count it more.

The yonko team attack literally broke every bone in his body and put him in a full body cast. Ass kicked again. The only example you have is Morgan, literally 26 years ago, and that was a tag team with Luffy. He didn't fight a stronger opponent, they just fought the same opponent. And he was complete fodder to both of them anyway.
I get the point you're trying to make, but when you're implying Sabaody was a dub for Zoro, you know you're stretching to say the least.
All 4 of them watched with fear in their eyes and couldnt believe that Zoro alone was stopping a combo of two Emperors.
Let me be clear, I'm not biased against Zoro. I think I rate him as stronger than most people do. I see him beating any admiral 1v1 and one shotting anything below an admiral. I think his bounty is criminally low, and should be at least a billion higher than it is. I think end of series Zoro is top 2, with only Luffy above him. I enjoy his fights and his personality much more than Luffy.
But your bias toward Zoro is simply absurd. You're just making shit up to justify your Zoro>Luffy agenda, which is patently ridiculous. Luffy is literally the only character in the series that Zoro can never surpass. ZKK was a crackpot theory. I don't care what evidence you think you saw, Luffy comes out on top every single time. It should have been the most obvious thing in the world that he would be the one to beat Kaido. Every time you bet on Luffy losing and Zoro beating the stronger opponent, you will lose. Same thing is going to happen on egghead. You're just fooling yourself.
It is not cope because that is literally what happened, you can see it for yourself in chapter 1009.
I dont know who is stronger between Saturn and Kizaru, there is no way to tell but I am betting on Kizaru due to Admirals being WG's most powerful unit.
Regardless of who is stronger between Saturn and Kizaru, Zoro will fight Kizaru because he was always his opponent.

I will grant you that Zoro vs Mihawk will be the highlight of whatever arc it's in. I do think it's a special case because it's Zoro's main dream to defeat Mihawk, so it can't be overshadowed, even by Luffy.

Maybe Luffy will, or maybe Zoro will fight him and get interrupted or lose. As far as the hakai thing, Zoro took two seconds of it and then got saved by Law, and even then it broke every bone in his body. If he took the whole thing, he would have died. I saw no one looking at Zoro in awe during that moment.
