Nothing out of the ordinary

We know Luffy is the mc and we know, eos luffy will always be stronger than our captain.
But we still root for our captain, we hope he will be the second strongest, will be one of the Leads of the new generation.
But, this is very important, we don’t downplay other characters, don’t troll them and try to see a realistic context. Maybe a (tiny)bit biased.

Shanks used to be Mihawk's rival and the world knows of their duels. Therefore, he is a very strong swordsman. I see nothing wrong with Zoro fighting Shanks for his dream. Besides, imo Zoro is the best opponent Shanks could ever have. Rather than getting clowned by Nika or getting beat by the jobber Blackbeard, fighting future Zoro is much better.

But it's fine if Nika fights Shanks & Zoro fights Beckman, Oda said they're comparable in strenght in the Databook, so we're fine either way who cares about the one armed dude. Or even better, Luffy & Zoro fight Shanks & Beckman's killers: Blackbeard & Shiryu ? Either way we move:cheers:
