Luffy makes sense but 36 pound has no symbolic meaning for Zoro.
Inb4 Luffy fans start crying about 5.6B being too low, this is for 19/20 year old Luffy, they won't reach their primes in the story.

At least if Luffy "fixes" the world, SHPs should not be wanted people anymore. That means we have one more bounty increase left for everyone. The tripling the current bounty in the next one does seem plausible.

Agreed, 36 has no meaning attached to it for Zoro. Also, 56 shouldn’t have any meaning attached to Luffy anymore after that retcon.
