No he didn't had it since the start of the fight, and queen admitted he damaged him with dj as well so he wouldn't need IJ to win just to do it faster.

King started to block Zoro's attacks despite being in flame mode, since his internal organs are no made of "Lunarian skin".

Meaning prior to that he didn't have the need to do it since Zoro's AP was lacking.

And Sanji was reaching his stamina limit, without that extra power he would have needed more attacks to finish Queen, smth he wouldn't be able to since he didnt have enough energy to pull that off.

Replace the Seraphim with 2 Kings and Luffy, Zoro, Lucci and Kaku with 4 Katakuris and the Kings wash them in a couple of minutes.
I know it hurts that 2 Katas would get fodderized by King but that's OP.
