I don't want Zoro to die, but i want him to be crippled in this arc for interfering in Luffy vs Kaidou fight, a lesson for Zoro. Maybe after broken bones by Thunder Bagua (no Hakai involved), he will realize how difficult Luffy's path is (as the one responsible for surpassing Kaidou, responsible of becoming the strongest individual ever etc), completing his full belief in leaning/relying on Luffy regarding this matter.

It puts a smile on my face to see how hurt he is that Zoro has proven that Luffy's opponents are nothing for him even when both attack him at the same time.

1st: There's 0 chance that Zoro dies, not just in Wano but in the whole story.

Nah he's just putting his nose where he doesn't belong, thus needing asspull medicine to even fight his deserved match. Why should he try to help if it's interfering with PK clash? Will Zoro be glad if Luffy beat Mihawk for him, and drag Mihawk's neck for Zoro just to decapitate?

Also powerscaling-wise, whats the use of trying to help, if Zoro's gonna end up being a deadweight until now for receiving 1 non-CoC attack plus 1 CoC-infused Thunder Bagua from Kaidou? When the rubber boi whom he tried to help is btw can't even be burned by Boro Breath, whose bones can't even be broken CoC-infused Ragnaraku, can't be eaten since pre-timeskip Skypiea, and after G5 can't even be damaged?

Also its not punishing if it leads to development and lesson, maturing instead of sticking his nose in his captain's place unnecessarily. It's for his best interest
