Jinbe blocked a a full-on sword attack by her, and he doesn't even have a sword, so... I would put Zoro a good deal above Jinbe in all-around blocking and also somewhat in strength. It would be a huge challenge, but he would survive a while, although he would tire out and be overcome more and more (and BM would have to be slightly nerfed to hold back some ultimate attacks or elemental attacks). That's all.
It would be contrived by plot (or BM's stupidity) to work well enough, and Zoro would have to grow above himself and have one of his "suffer" episodes.
No, I don't think it's likely to happen. And it would be kind of boring and ultimately futile nonetheless, so there are better ways to tell a story, and especially better ways to have Zoro fight.
It's also kind of randomly contrived by plot that Zoro can't deal the damage Luffy is supposed to be able to deal soon, by the way, although some attacks he does look like that and he might have figured it out by this point. And Luffy is bound to have some blocking moments, and even hit-but-not-down moments (with invisible Haki aura or so).
