Thing is Luffy makes that excerpt redundant since the CoC expert learned it last

Sanji is the only one without advanced haki in his specialization.
Haki requires experience more than talent as shown by Luffy. You don't randomly awaken advanced forms of haki you need to clash with them to improve. Except Zoro for some reason.

For Luffy I meant it was his last advanced form to unlock, I admittedly worded that bad

Luffy did not have Enma to literally suck the CoC out of his body.
Luffy's adv CoC is already mid yonko level rather than YC1+ level Zoro, it was a narrative choice for Luffy's CoC punch to put Kaidou on his back where Zoro all out could not.

This is not how swords work. They cut , punches Are explosive damage , they are bound to push them back , even Pre udon luffy pushed kaido back. Punches and sword works differently. Zoro meant total KO.
