While I don't 100% agree with your statement, but Crocodile in my opinion got severely nerfed and I think that his Haki(ambition) got blown away by his defeat at the hands of WB which lead to him becoming significantly weaker than in his prime which I think he was at a level comparable to current Kidd and Law if not higher in terms of infamy and I have a feeling he used to have a powerful Conquer's haki and knew how to infuse his attacks with CoC

Same thing with Moria I also believe he was at that level until his defeat at the hands of Kaido, also Doflamingo got weaker because he stopped his piracy incursions after becoming Shichibukai. I put Crocodile, Hancock, Weevil, Moria, Doffy and Kuma at their prime on the same level which is stronger than YC1 but weaker than Admirals and Yonko

Bounties mean shit, Lanji is close to Zoro and Jinbei and he's nowhere near their strength, now every strawhat has a bounty higher than pre-Wano Lanji, what does that mean?

Bounties are not equal to strength.

Crocodile and mihawk are putting bounties on marines hence marines will see them bigger threat.

Zoro so far has not created level of chaos . Eitherway his bounty is deflated and world govt are underrating strawhat strength.

Zoro wouldn't be matched up with Croco to begin with. Candies should be grateful that the Cross Guild is taking care of the Marines and that Lanji won't get absolutely destroyed by someone that pts no gears Luffy defeated.

The problem with this thread is that Zoro would fight the other guy, the one with the world's strongest title, the man stronger than an Emperor. His favorite character doesn't fight Captains and leaders so he would have fight Galdino or Mohji.
