Pre-TS Zoro could probably lose a sword to Gajeel's eating it, but won't have difficulty cutting Iron, mid diff high diff at worst

Idk if he eats the swords and seen him doing better than Kamazou, don't think it be midd-diff. Might be extreme either way.

That's if he can eat Zoro's swords..Gajeel is far from being impressive..I don't see him giving Zoro a good fight unless he uses his df where it would go to high diff

He got Dragon Force, can go into Shadows, could fight off Natsu on some of his modes, etc., it could go either way honestly especially since both series are still ongoing in their manga and these two are still getting more feats as it goes.

Nah that wasn't base in current manga. Also bases aren't same since beginning of the series since they gotten stronger since then.

I would agree that Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Dragonball, etc. are not perfect if it comes to consistence by feats, statements, or scaling. But they are better in those terms.



Don´t know how your guys debate in crossbattle, but even the flaws are part of the verses. They are consistent and inconsistent feats, statements, scaling, etc.

One example: Charakter X uses death magic against a charakter, who don´t die because plot. This ability automatically wouldn´t work against Charakters who has at least the same stats, or higher (Unless there is an good reason, why i didn´t work)
As long this match has no rules about CIS/PIS/etc. allowed, i don´t see why we should ignore the flaws.
Probably that works different on this board, then forget what i am saying. It is just a standard debate in many other boards.




Well, Gajeel can eat iron, so i would say that is a possible scenario. The question is, can Gajeel keep up with Zoro in terms of speed? Zoro already cut through Iron as he did against Daz Bonez. We using current Zoro, so i don´t see why Zoro should have trouble with Gajeel his durability. He cut even trough a Pacifista




Explain me the shadow ability pls. Don´t understand how that stop Zoro from attack him.

Ehh....Idk they all drop in quality a lot especially DB's probably one of the more simple ones than FT honestly. No series is perfect out of them and they have their issues as final arcs goes for sure.

I know, but talking about rushed writing and biased onto character without judging them properly. Didn't mean ignore actual flaws, just not bandwagon hate in there.

He able to fight off Natsu in Lightning-Flame Mode which is speedy one thanks to the Lightning side, so he could match Zoro in speed especially Zoro need to take a stance before he strikes after all. Gajeel's durability is that of a Dragon, not same lvl as steel in OP. He will need more than that to cut him like Daz Bones.

You never seen Shadow Ability he did in GMG vs Rogue?

Edit: But since FT characters are pure glasscanons, Zoro would only need a single hit to kill Gajeel.

Every series got BS on power scaling one way or another. Though could go either way given the fact Gajeel could eat his weapons. He like stronger version of what Shu the Rust Man did to Zoro. It depends how both their series end on either side.

Zoro got stab by fodders and fainted though. If we going by current, Gajeel can easily hurt him. Sequel so far had Gajeel stronger than he looks after 1 year timeskip.
