I need clarification regarding the One Piece data books. Is the highest score for Adventurousness, Strength, and Intelligence a 6? If Sanji is a 5/6 for strength, then by no means is he weak. Also the Monster Trio’s intelligence score is quite concerning. Luffy and Zoro’s score isn’t surprising, however, Sanji’s score is a 3. Shouldn’t the crew tactician have a higher intelligence score?
I dont think anyone thinks Sanji is weak, its just Sanji fans who have a problem when they are hit with the reality of Luffy and Zoro being stronger than Sanji.
Sanji isnt the tactician of the crew and his score is soo low because he does some stupid stuff when women are involved, the tactician of the crew is Nami

Driving force is there but I am not sure I will categorize with relevancy. At the end WCI is sanji's arc and fights do matter. Nami have shitty fights only. Her navigation skills are also given less importance on average. Imo sanji no doubt feels like more of a main character in post skip than nami.
WCI did spotlight Sanji but then when we returned to Wano we went back to the norm of Luffy, Zoro and Nami being triggers again, Sanji only became relevant for Onigashima because it was time for fights but was pretty stationery during the whole arc

I would say
Relevancy : Luffy > Zoro/Robin>= rest
Zoro is the first mate, right hand, strongest fighter and backbone of Luffy. So he’s more relevant than the rest but people shouldn’t ignore the fact that every member is relevant in their own way.
Luffy needs every single member to become the PK. Especially Robin. I would also add Jinbe to the strength list. He’s definitely stronger than you give him credit for

A quick way to tell relevancy, if they’re removed from the story which of them would leave the biggest impact.

Luffy > Sanji/Robin > Zoro > The Rest would be my ranking just because the story would lose the most if these individuals were removed.

Honestly the fact that Oda made Sanji the acting captain when it was him Nami chopper Brook and Momo should’ve stopped the whole “Namis more relevant.” But I guess some people just refuse to admit fact.

exactly

the band of curly eyebrows should have destroyed all the hype about "most important nami"

Sanji acts as leader, that's how he is today and always

and it will always have more relevance than zoro

@Shasha23 As long as women aren’t around to distract him, Sanji can fly high! Also I don’t consider anyone the crew’s tactician. That’s a job that requires communication and the SHs don’t even talk to each other.
When the crew lands on islands or prepares a raid, Nami is the one who tells them what to do, so she is the crew's tactician.
If not for women distracting Sanji, he would probably be as intelligent as Nami, Robin and Chopper but because of who he is he will always lose focus and do something stupid putting the male SHP in danger
