No.... even tho Sanji typically does exceptionally well against the 3rd strongest guy,........this is why their not equal.

Oda has powered Up Zoro more than Sanji. Theres a GAP in their growth over the course of the series.
Zoro needed all those PU's to keep up with Sanji :finally:

while Sanji trains as a cook
What?
So Sanji didn't learn Zeff fighting style? Sanji didn't trained to learn DJ? Sanji didn't trained his legs in hell for 2 years like he himself said?

Bro, if you paid attention to the black leg style attack nomenclature, you would know that Sanji was always in constant evolution. Progression and Up's it suits for all protagonists
Yes but Sanjis gets development when the rest of the crew does, Zoro has stand alone moments with his growth. Like he did in Alabasta (breath of all things) Skypiea(flying slash) Thriller Bark(Shisui).......Sanji doesnt have stand alone moments of growth like that.

Those particular powerups are what put Zoro a level above Sanji. Also Sanji didnt train for diable jambe, oda just gave it to him. He just made Sanji stronger without him training. 2 years training was an entire crew thing.

Zoro always wins because Sanji's not a fighter. It doesn't matter what Sanji does, Zoro always has the upper hand as a fighter because he trains a lot to fight, while Sanji trains as a cook. It's just that Sanji has to protect the kitchen so he needs the strength to fight for things he needs to protect, like women and people he loves. Sanji's more of a protector.
What a ridiculous statement. Sanji being a cook does not take away his ability of being top tier fighter on the SH crew.

I can agree that Zoro's power-ups has more spotlight. It doesn't change the fact that Sanji is constantly improving the techniques, movements and power of kicks in his fighting style.
And both are constantly evolving

He's not constantly evolving Sanji already had those techniques in his arsenal from the beginning. The Jabra Fight is the only one that Sanji needed to develop a new technique. Enies Lobby and the 2 year time skip are literally the only time sanji developed his fighting style. The rest he already had from his training with Zeff. In a majority of his 1v1 fights , He didnt have to improve shit to beat people , he just had to figure out their abilities. Once he did it was over for them. None of Sanjis 1v1's were ever high diff.

He's not constantly evolving Sanji already had those techniques in his arsenal from the beginning.
In east blue Sanji only knew the techniques of capoeira and Zeff's kickboxing. He didn't even name his attacks.
Then in Arlong Park, Sanji demonstrates kyusho-jitsu techniques, a set of traumatic techniques that search for pressure points that was named ''collier, épaule, côtelette, selle, poitrine, gigot and mouton shot''
In alabasta in the rain-base, Sanji shows improvement in the mouton shot technique, which is the anti-manner kick course, showing that he was improving his kicking class.
In the fight against Bon Clay, he had to develop a series of new kicks and moves, since Bon Clay was completely dominating him with the swans.
So Sanji replaces the technique: ''collier, épaule, côtelette, selle, poitrine, gigot and mouton shot'' for ''Basse Côte, Longe, Tendron, Flanchet, Quasi, Queue, Cuisseau, Jarret, and Veau Shot'' , and then he managed to balance the fight again with Mr.2 and overcome him. It was an immense progress in your battle techniques here.
In skypea, he developed the concassé, which is a spinning kick technique that increases the power of your kicks, again showing progress in your kickboxing skills
In davybackfight he developed another kickboxing technique for his arsenal of kicks, which are the hachis, starting with the troisieme hachis and bouquitiere shot.
At the Franky house, Sanji showed the party table kick course, which would be the AMKC technique in spam. Showing improvement in his kicking and movement techniques.
In the train saga, Sanji developed techniques for the barbecue nomenclature: Brochette, collier frit, frit assorties, escalope and Sentén Découpage. An immense progress in his arsenal of kicks, which demonstrated his mastery with kicks by managing to have "surgery" on Wanze's face. Besides, his fight with Wanze also showed a big up in his combat speed
In his fight against Jabura, he perfected his Troisieme Hachis technique (Third-Rate Mincemeat) for Deuxiéme Hachis (Second-Rate Mincemeat), then he unlocks the diable jambe and perfects his deusiéme hachis technique for Premier Hachis (First-Rate Mincemeat) notice how the attack nameds show an improvement in the power of kicks.
In his fight against Absalom, he perfected the premier hachis for Extra Hachis ''Highest-Rate Mincemeat'', which would be all techniques combined, again showing immense progress in his kicking techniques and being able to combine them. Then Sanji was already wearing diable jambe and showing monstrous deeds against Oars.

All this rate of progression and growth of your martial arts / kickboxing techniques, also reflects in the immense load of physical growth, both in strength, power, durability, endurance and speed. So there is a huge gap between the Sanji base of the east blue and the Sanji base of saboady.

Hmmmm you make some good points, I think the problem with how Sanji fights is that he does things like he's done it before, theres no inner monologue about his new attacks and his development. even if we want to say sanji has been developing constantly, its not as much as Zoro's development at the end of the day. The whole point is that these two should not be viewed on similar standing in terms of combat ability, When we were introduced to Sanji in Baratie, Oda showed the readers that Sanji was indeed quite strong in his own right but Sanji could not replace Zoro in combat ability. Thats why Oda had Luffy defeat Don Krieg, and had Sanji lose to Don Kriegs right hand man Gin. Gin was too much like a Zoro type character in terms of how they were portrayed as demons/beast. Thats Why Sanji lost.

They are living cosplays of the rivalry in the manga and just as stubborn as the characters themselves.
Occasionally, they put their differences aside and work together with the rest of the fanbase, just like how sometimes Zoro and Sanji team up for the benefit of the crew, but they can't help but revert to their true nature afterwards. They bait each other constantly and believe innocent bystanders are also involved in their dispute, just like Z&S. It's kind of fascinating from a distance.
Sometimes i argue with zoro fans about different things, and because i do that every now and then, i am automatically a sanji fan.

Sanji is stronger than Zoro, come on he clashed with King while Zoro was fighting a bunch of gifters!
Oda is doing his best to let everybody understand it but someone keeps denying the truth... my heart cries for them:pepemy:
Zoro is stronger than Sanji, Zoro took Hakai from Kaido and Big Mom, while Sanji was running and fighting Waiter Fodder of the Beast Pirates and getting fucked up by Black Maria!
Oda is doing his best to make people understand it but some of them keep denying the truth……my heart goes out to these deluded people :pepemy:
