At this stage I'm lowly confident that Sanji's CoO is probably better than Zoro judging off the easy way he could see through Boro Breath and react to it. It's extremely unlikely that was mostly his reflexes work, because CoO is the prominent source of power that wise by years.
Even Luffy failed to immediately efficiently react to Boro Breath and move himself.

Luffy didn't even manage to protect himself properly from Blast Breath, let alone attempting to dodge it, while Zoro demonstrated such huge reactions against it. So yeah Sanji's CoO is in all likelihood weaker in my opinion.

No, Sanji's speed and agility is above Zolo's, Sanji was able to blitz Oven + carry Chiffon in under a fraction of a second, so much so that nobody even saw him. Zolo has yet to do anything nearly that fast. Sanji is also more agile since he has skywalk and can fly, Zolo can't once again Sanji is more agile than Zolo.
Zolo's Endurance is higher right now but Sanji still wins in the durability category, Sanji has a suit of armor with a shield-cape Zolo doesn't.
Zolo's endurance, CoA and CoC is superior but Sanji's CoO, speed/agility and durability is currently superior.

Speedblitzing Oven is not really that big of a feat in all honesty. Also doesnt prove that his agility and speed are above Zoro. If he speed blitzed King id give him the edge but that's not the case.
Zoro speedblitzed Kaido with Asura, which Kaido is more agile than Oven. Skywalk doesnt increase your agility, it just gives you an additional ability which gives Sanji an additional advantage
With raidsuit, Durability will give the edge to Sanji.

And who has Zolo won a clash against? He's fought nothing but small-fries below his level throughout the Timeskip, barring Kaido who he had to use his strongest move Asura + Adv. CoC to break through.

He took effectively 0 damage from a YC1 attack with killing intent (without using Sanji's Cape Shield which is mentioned to be even more durable than the suit itself), that's a clear durability feat don't even deny it. He took a beating from BC without defending himself whatsoever and is currently walking just fine and will likely solo a YC soon. He also took 0 damage from P1.

His observation was strong enough to detect Tashigi from far away merely by the sound of her tears falling, he was also able to dodge Katakuri's attack something when Luffy took several chapters to even begin dodging Katakuri. Sanji was also able to sense BM when Luffy couldn't, Luffy himself saying "I need to work on my observation haki.".
Sanji getting caught in the trap was obviously for plot reasons since it led into Robin and Brook getting their moment, and we can tell it was for plot reasons due to Sanji's previous history of strong CoO showings such as the ones I just mentioned.
Also no Sulong Carrot Speed doesn't have anything on RS Sanji, she got trashed by Perospero in a 2v1.

It's not that it was Oven that makes it a big deal, it's that in the time between Oven's fist hitting Chiffon's face, Sanji travelled a short distance + kicked Oven + grabbed Chiffon + got away. That's not even 1 second, that's less than a second, arguably less than a fraction of a second considering nobody including Pound who was in front of them saw him. It's actually ridiculous to think about how fast that really is.

I'm dubious about that being a speedblitz, it seemed more of a case of Zolo simply breaking a clash and counter-attacking.

I disagree if your able to move in the air that creates another dimension in which you can dodge and move around in, having flight most definitely increases agility.

At this point yes he has some stats above Sanji but Sanji with Raid Suit is still faster, more agile and more durable with better CoO.

He was only able to do that while in his strongest form using Adv. CoC, don't act like Kaido didn't Bagua Zolo immedietly after.

Only for it to do virtually 0 damage, Sanji was just testing the suit anyways. The start of the fight Sanji literally called Page One a good opportunity to "test it out", basically calling him a testing dummy.

As for the Hakai, no proof of it being the strongest attack in the series it didn't even put a dent in Onigashima which is a small island yet withstanding, Old sick WB was performing no-named multi-island level quakes around Marineford and would have destroyed it Ace and innocent civilians weren't there.
This weak "island-buster" was enough to shatter 30 of Zolo's bones in under 5 seconds, Zolo is currently a vegetable right now.
