After meeting the Grim Reaper and facing him he certainly will get a another PU. Ashura was the equivalent of Gear 2 just like Sanjis Diable Jambe was. Now sanji got IJ which is basically sanjis gear 4.
Zoro hasn‘t got his PU yet. Its not aCoC since its not a mode. So be ready for a much stronger technique than Ashura soon. He will use it next arc.

His King of Hell is a different sword style that exhausts him quickly so it’s pretty similar to Gear 4.

Zoro is going to get a new power up soon but your premise about it is pretty off

He already has a new Asura, KoH upgraded his old moves like Onigiri, King wasn't strong enough for Asura so we'll see it when the moon and the 9 shadows wakes up.

Well I always thought he would get a new PU. Similar to what sanji and luffy got with his awakening. Maybe zoro gets his KoH awakening instead.

The only PU I could see him getting is ACoC mastery rn which is really all he needs to be bumped a tier or 2

Nah, Zoro will use it this arc. Ryuma and Oden are giving the "King of Hell" some training down in the underworld, and when he rises, he'll get Shusui back from Onimaru, the fox who stole it, and will use it and Enma to kill Kaido (I think Moria's coming, too, so I think we get Zoro Kills Zombie Kaido).

I imagine Zoro killing Kaido is what makes Enma a black blade.
